Well, if the video contains the tag identifying the offending player the first thing to do is edit it from your post as that's 'Naming and Shaming,' which you could be held accountable for. After that, the easiest method I know of to report someone is to find their name in your game history and click the 'Report' button there.

I’ll remove the video. I didn’t really think of that. I just wanted the hard proof of the chat log. The video was unlisted, so only those that clicked the link would’ve seen it, but yeah. I should edit it first.

I do believe there's a form that allows you to submit video as proof of what happened but that I'm not sure how to do.
