Is it really a problem though? Anyway I'd rather see other movement options buffed/unnerfed than see more movement nerfs.

Icarus Dash is one of the best movement things around. I'd like more frequent movement options too, but if everything else is getting nerfed, that Icarus Dash will be stronger than ever.
