The 3DS Kirby games are the best ones. There’s Triple Deluxe & Planet Robobot as far as cartridges go.
I don’t remember if the 3DS shop is still active, but the first two Legend of the Dark Witch games are pretty good, and there’s a whole plethora of Kirby side games.
Kid Icarus: Uprising is pretty great, and it comes with a fun stand, too!
It’s technically a DS game, not a 3DS game, but Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of time is pretty good. On the topic of regular DS games, you also have Pokémon Rumble Blast, and Kirby Super Star Ultra.
There might be more that I’m forgetting about. If I remember, I’ll take a look at my 3DS games when I get home.

Any idea where to get my old 3DS (definitely legally) homebrewed?

No clue.

I got triple deluxe and PRB back home and have the 4 mini game you could get on the eshop. Speaking of which, the eshop shut down like a year or two back. Dark Which sounds interesting, what’s it about?

Unfortunately, the three Legend of the Dark Witch games were only on eshop, so you can’t play 2 or 3. 3, that’s like, fine, because 3 sucked, but alas 2 was the best one. That said, you can still get Legend of the Dark Witch 1 on Switch, along with two spinoffs, Rudymical, and Brave Dungeon. LotDW 1 & 2 are Mega Man-type games. Y’know, beating the bosses gives you their powers & all that. There’s also a fun Install system where you steadily gain power through the level, too. The story isn’t anything to write home about, but it’s fun & goofy. Rudymical is a rhythm game. Brave Dungeon is a short, sweet & simple turn based dungeon crawler. It’s pretty fun for what it is. Hopefully Dark Witch 2 gets a Switch port like Dark Witch 1 did. LotDW2 is really really good.

Neato, guess I’ll look into the switch game.
