It’s a forced game mode, people will do what they can, nothing can stop a bubble besides supers and conditional but the funniest thing that you’re not realizing is that it’s basically the exotic version of a one-two punch shotgun.
You LAND MOST of the pellets and THEN YOU MELEE.
With one two punch:You LAND ALL of the pellets and THEN YOU MELEE
Witherhoard can’t realistically stop a bubble and an adaptive SNIPER RIFLE HEADSHOT WON’T KILL THE BUBBLE TITAN,in what world is that fair???
Also if a conditional gets close to you while in a bubble that’s a skill issue, you get a damage buff and an overshield along with the bubble which is nearly unbreakable you put down a barrier inside it and stranger with it,you can also move outside of the bubble throw nades.
You got all these abilities at your disposal plus guns, you should never lose to anyone without a super.
SHORT ANSWER: you got out skilled by a more forgiving one-two punch shotty while you were in super.

witherhord easily stops bubble if you've ever played with it, in fact it's pretty difficult to counter because bubble doesn't heal you, so you have to get out, but you've already taken damage so you get shmelted. Also you clearly don't play titan in trials or control based games, when you're in bubble you're paying attention to everything and it's super easy to get flanked unless you're in a corner. Furthermore, it's a lot more than a "more forgiving one-two punch shotty" it's a perfect counter to bubble and other supers, with one-two punch it requires a lot of skill and luck and countering with a sniper also requires a lot of skill and luck, CF doesn't require any skill, it's just easy mode.

Dude,I’ve walked into people’s bubbles and sniped them,if you get caught with your pants down by anyone inside your bubble it’s def a skill issue.
-
Witherhoard is one of the things to counter bubble but by no means is it good,it got nerfed a while back and doesn’t do enough damage while also not lasting long enough to make a play, also don’t forget titans can refresh the broken overshield by walking in and out of the bubble instantly.

The skill issue is using the most busted PvP weapon since destiny was conceived. Because it can solo a bubble titan as a weapon with no drawbacks it's then definitely going to destroy everything else. Bubble and well need more counters but cf needs the double dipping of guaranteed kill effects on a ohk weapon removed in PvP. Anyone who defends this gun are the same ones who hate abilities in PvP but use the ability spamming gun and y'all should go back to cod
-
Also you’re out here saying it’s the most busted weapon like cloudstrike didn’t work like a rocket and bows don’t 1-shot with swashbuckler. You’re seething because a shotgun user shut you guys down and you can’t cope with the fact that your cheese was countered by the one thing that can actually defeat a bubble.
-
Good job at pointing out both cloudstrike that got nerfed and bows that are already stated to be getting a nerf and both required either set up or a headshot while conditional finality needs to hit. There's cheese then there's cf being busted
-
Conditional still needs you to close the gap against a super,if a conditional is shutting you down mid super you’re either terrible or the gorilla holding it is amazing. Also if zone capture wasn’t a thing you wouldn’t be whining at all, better yet,use a thunder crash or some other shutdown super instead of that passive stuff, clearly you’re suffering because a measly shotgun is beating you. Also you said it’d be okay if it was a one-two punch shotgun, those are legendaries, the CF takes the exotic slot and does essentially the same exact thing.
-
All exotics have at least one downside if it can ignite and freeze or anything similar. The best comparison to cf is -blam!- tractor cannon and that's a heavy, most of crucible is close range and objective based which won't change ever, and %70 of the supers are either close range or stationary it takes ONE BULLET to kill regardless of dr, resil, or buff. I guess I'll keep reminding people that cf still exists since if cloudstrike could get nerf then cf is bound to get buried

A close range weapon that has the ability to shutdown supers if you follow up with a melee. Downsides, low range, low stability, and only 2 bullets in the mag. Also it’s in the kinetic slot so you don’t get a ton of good primary options. The whole weekend I went flawless 3 times and not once did I see the thing. It’s not as good as you think, want to shut it down? Backpedal with your primaries, you probably don’t even play crucible. It’s not OP if anything more weapons should be able to shutdown a bubble, all adaptive snipers and aggressives should be able to,linear fusions too. We used to have Witherhoard to counter it but it got nerfed, the problem isn’t the gun,the problem is a super that encourages people to stay still. Look at high skill players and how they use the bubble, they don’t just sit in there they peek shoot with it.

Personally I’ve gone against it a bunch,I don’t even have it,you can legit just keep your distance or kill them with primary before they get close, conditional punishes bubble and well users for being unable to use their damage buffs to kill the conditional user and for being stationary. Also it’s a shotgun that takes the EXOTIC slot. I don’t even recall been shutdown while in super by a conditional. It’s not OP it’s that everything feels weak in comparison because it’s the only good counter to bubble and well, and even then they have to get all up on your face first. if you got shutdown by a shotty and it isn’t a melee super then it’s 100% a skill issue. How come no one complains about wells getting shutdown by adaptive or aggressive snipers from a mile away??? You’re all just upset because your cheese gets punished because of you guys not knowing proper spacing.
