Tried it solo,but didn’t get past 120k. I’m assuming I missed pots.

Luckily the pots locations are static, so once you replay it enough times to know all their locations you will never miss one again.

Do they disappear once you get the three plates?

No, but unaware teammates can screw you out of them if they grab all the plates and then start the next encounter before you've grabbed them.

No, they do not disappear once you get all three plates. As someone else said, you do need to kill the glass collector if you want to get over 140K though.
