Do you own Lightfall? The exotics released with each season despite having the season symbol are actually tied to the dlc.

I've been having the same issue, but I do own lightfall. I've done 60 lost sectors, even master, still no drop.

Ya I've been seeing comments about how specific exotics seem to not be dropping for people I'm not sure how but maybe try clearing your cache see if that helps
