You won't be able to purchase specific seasons but upgrading to the Deluxe Edition will give all 4 seasons, the 2 dungeon keys, and the exotic auto rifle.
Note that once this season ends, all of these past 4 seasons will be removed from the game, but the plus side is that they have delayed the new DLC until June which should give you lots of time to do that.

Thank you for correcting, I had thought it was only the pre-order bonus and deluxe exclusive, but I pre-ordered Lightfall so I was assuming it worked like Osteo Striga did for Witch Queen, which did require the upgrade before you could craft it.

Osteo and Quicksilver were limited to the deluxe editions for one season (S16 and S20) after that all standard edition owners and gamesharers (in most cases) could access it. The triumph for Osteo pattern did require Deluxe but you could still craft the weapon regardless

That would explain it as I upgraded about a month into Witch Queen. I suppose that does make sense for players to get those weapons later.
