Something interesting to highlight is that I ran the FullMark test on the video card for 2 hours and nothing wrong happened, and I played other games and nothing wrong happened.

As I tried many things, one of them was to format the computer completely and download the drivers etc. again, after that no blue screen, but when I enter the Tower, everything simply freezes and I can no longer interact with anything, and I am forced to restart the computer . An important detail is that I can play in other areas of the game normally, only when I enter the tower that generates this error.
