Whenever I have a problem like this it was always down to Avast awaiting a manual go-ahead to do a client update.
Once I updated, the rock solid Destiny 2 crashes went away.
Do you use Avast perhaps?

I know it, but unfortunately I don't use it, I even disabled my antivirus to test if something is blocking it, but it doesn't
