I have to disagree for the simple fact that I use and have multiple shells with already pre established mods on, I just have to switch to my Gambit/Crucible/Farming/Leveling/Armor shells with one click, making shells ornaments wouldn't Trump that system but it will make it hilariously useless to have multiple shells, besides, there's no reason to make them ornaments it doesn't really affect the game drastically.

I feel like shells should still be cosmetics. They could change the inventory slot for shells to be custom mod sets or something.

Especially if it let us unlock ghost 'ornaments' for ghosts we don't have. But BungLe would never do this, because other than being a cool thing for players who might've missed older shells, it really doesn't do anything the current system doesn't already.
