Asked OP if they're looking for it in their quest log and not their inventory->consumables, they then proceed to still look in their inventory and not their quest log. Someone else tells them its in their quests and then they ask why its not in their inventory. Turns out looking for things in the wrong place means you wont find it.

It looks like you're telling them to look in their inventory instead of just telling them it's in the quests log. You also suggested to take screenshots of Eva's pages. That's not where the oven is either. That's why it seemed to me that you didn't know.
