Trials Flawless Not Granted
Hey Bungie Help staff, I just finished a flawless card on Trials and was not granted access to the lighthouse. As you can see in the link I went 7-2 on my first mercy card of the week. That should be access to the lighthouse unless I'm missing something. I won't reset my card until reset or this is resolved in case that matters. Is there anything you can do?

2 RepliesThe same thing happened to me on Saturday. First card of the week. I played a total of 9 games, with 7 being wins. 5 wins, 2 losses, and then 2 more wins. Mercy DOES forgive two losses now, right?
