They will become available for bright dust later
Have you not sent the complaints about people buying them with silver only for them to sell at bright dust

The galaxy shader from the previous season wasn't available for BD so I doubt it

The vex shader took a few weeks if I remember correctly. Also while not confirmed it now has a bright dust cost in the game meaning it now should appear at some point.
