Nope, not sure why they haven't at least left a message here or made an official post for it. They have commented on other posts. Its pretty messed up.

Obviously Trials is Live right now and nothing from Bungie or the ninjas is not acceptable as this is still happening. This game really does not need any more bad press at the moment but here we go again-
