Do normal.
7 to 10 minutes and a seemingly 1 in 2 drop for an engram.
I just started yesterday and got like 5 momentos put on weapons, 1 in my inventory, and have 10 engrams saved up today so far.
I read they changed/upped the drop rates for normal and left legend alone.

I didn't fair well with normal. However, after putting in two days of WAY too much grinding I had, I think 6 or so drop almost back to back, which kind of blew my mind😂. I'd say that almost equals out, just had a really bad run of no luck. I definitely waited until I had put in alot of time with no results to make the post, but it finally decided to give.

Lol, I have had some boughts of bad luck too. I just had a gut feeling to stay away from legend... it helped to read they bumped the normals.
