They drop from engrams
And they buffed the engram drop rate for normal
Legend is no longer required

They're significantly less likely from the base version though, unless that specific update was within the past 3 days. I started there, this week and got, I think 3 engrams from that total, which is why I started running Legend to guarantee an engram drop.

Its no big deal dude. It happens. You know what though? That makes you a rarity. I can only recall like one or two others through tons of people, that have come out and accepted it for what it was, and I respect the Hell out of that.

On average I get an Eerie engram every other normal Haunted sector.
