You'd still have FOMO from the event, the memento is just extra incentive that imo would benefit from a higher cap. It means you can play longer too since you can farm longer before you gotta go to the Enclave And let's be real, they're gonna have an artificial grind anyway with either low drop rates or a long path to obtain them
