Are you trying to play at the same time your sibling is? Is your router set up for UPnP?

I have played at the same time as my brother, and I also have played alone and both time the problem persisted. Yes my router is set up for UPnP. Thank you.

As a test, please restart your router and attempt to start the game again without the PC attempting to log in and see if the issue persists. If the issue does persist, then a configuration on your router is not allowing your console to properly access the ports needed for Destiny 2.
