Update Intel(R) UHD Graphics 730 drivers
Or turn it off in the bios and windows system
You use an Nvidia graphics card as primary not UHD Graphics 730
Some games cant stay on the right card for encoding and decoding
Onboard videocards are always disabled in my perspective

It was disabled in Device Manager at the time of the errors. I just turned it on

Try to remove it . Restart pc then let it search for new update for the 730 reinstall is better and in bios set it to pci-e as primary

i did an little back search and you have an integrated gpu like mine ryzen 7 And i realy disabled it in the bios to prevent further conflicts between onboard and pci-e 4.0 So i hope this can help you on your way Disable so far the best option

PCI-E was already set as the main one, and RTX 3070 was selected as the main one in the Windows graphics settings

You should see only 1 device in the windows systems If you still see 2 devices 1 with the Rtx and 2 with the Intel Uhd with an yellow error code If you see 2 then you should go back to the bios settings and turn of onboard vga Let me know how it worked Ps what motherboard do you have if i may ask

Hmm so far i have read the specs on both devices the motherboard and rtx card your motherboard supports pci-e 5th gen and 3th gen However your rtx card is Pci-e 4th gen Now comes the question How is it set in the bios for the pci-e auto or manual set Top pci-e slot = pci-e 5th gen Bottom pci-e slot 3th gen On what pci-e slot does the card hang Iam using an gpu bridge in my pc so i could hang my gpu card vertical however my card is 4th gen but only my cable supports 3th gen I needed to set this to 3th gen in the bios otherwise it would not work Can you try to set the pci-e bios settings to manual and set it to 4th gen if its hanging in the top slot Otherwise you need to set it to 3th gen as your motherboard having the both slots.

Not every game is writen by same gpu rules Most game companys write there own engine with diffrent demands for it i know this from digital extreme 😄 anyhow try the energy managment to full performance Start the game again and go into max battle to stress the gpu a bit and see if it freezes again
