Same issue when the quest step updated to go to the imbaru engine it isn't appearing in helm to launch

Hi there! Please make sure that you claim all of your Opaque Cards first, as the mission is tied to an Opaque Card.

It's dumb, but if you right click the quest itself, it gives an option to launch.

Then I suggest you stay off Destiny 2 until they are done fighting off the DDOS attack.
