I understand why people are having fun with it.
I understand why others are upset either having their achievements trivialized, or being abused by other people having their fun.
Personally I just think it's another nail in the coffin of this game. I don't want to feel like I have to have someone else's version of fun, or jump through the hoops of a glitch or end up being on the opposite end of someone else's fun. It without a doubt has harmed every aspect of the game, fun or not. Bungie's lack of action just compounds it. I don't even want to turn the game on to qualify for some pointless " 'member when ____?" emblem. The game was already in a pretty rough spot in my eyes and this didn't help.
Enjoy it while it lasts. As always, community has to be divided over some dumb -blam!-, this is just the latest thing...

I don't care about my "achievements". People that will flaunt their solo flawless emblems and the gilded Conqueror literally think of this game as a pen.s extension.

...What makes this hilarious is, you're literally running a solo flawless emblem. Whether you pretend to care or not doesn't really matter, this cheapened the endgame of both pve and pvp. Having rare/hard things to strive for in games has always been a thing, funnily enough, people care!

I literally don't care. If someone has a number of flawless emblems - wow, they're good at a video game. It's not like they won the CS:GO World Series. They also could have bought them.

Dude, in CS:GO you have professional athletes competing. A flawless emblem is like bragging about winning the football fantasy league at work....

You've just entered full rambling mode. You are obviously unavailable to differentiate between highly skilled professionals and normal people. But, hey, you think that your video game emblems mean a lot so I'm not surprised.

You're completely misunderstanding. Highly skilled professionals ARE normal people, who choose to practice and make achievements out of things, so they can excel beyond "normality". Trivializing any achievement that isn't the absolute top tier, is ignoring the fact that those achievements are important stepping stones to get to that point.
