Reputation should be based on the guardian's participation / contribution within the match. Don't play the objective then here is 1 reputation gain for showing up...

Becomes an issue when kills do kinda play a part in an Objective-based mode. If nobody can shoot a gun, there's no point in taking a zone since they won't be able to hold or even re-take a zone. And some people just get there a little slow, or get killed while capping with multiple people. That would cause unlucky situations where someone is playing the zones, but because they got shot out while the rest of the team succeeded, they get less points. Ease of implementation would be to simply count the entire team at the end of a match.

If there is an objective then what i stated ~ if no objective then play clash where kills count...

My opinion is that it still provides a negative effect for players who are not good, or unlucky. I want all players to try and continue playing without singling out who was better or worse on the losing side and to push all players to try a little better instead of going for mercy farms in order to earn rank faster. It's only for reputation rank-ups anyway, no actual prestige behind it like an Adept weapon in Trials since those would still require actual wins to achieve.
