I respect your opinion but it's not good enough.

I have to agree with @megatron1984. I don't think that it is good enough, how can I know about things like exotics getting disabled or re-enabled? or workarounds for issues? The forums and Bungie news are not substitutes for this. I will also appreciate more detail as to why you say Bungie is 'fully aware' of this. As far as I know, there has been no mention of having a back-up for Bungie help.
