I wish I could tell you! After a week or two of it not being available, I checked my ornament pages and it was there, on the last page, available for transmog Maybe it’s on a different page for you? Did you go through all of them?

I’d suggest waiting until trials is back, getting an engram and purchasing a chest piece. You should be able to, as I imagine you’ve already gotten one as a reward, correct? Hopefully doing that will add it to your transmog pages
