Try going to bungie.net/redeem
Choose partners rewards
Click refresh (even if the emblem name shows). Then log back out and in to D2 and hopefully the emblem will be in your collections.
This was suggested to me by someone else and it worked for me.

It's the same procedure written on the Twitch Drops page in BungieHelp. I already tried that and it didn't solve the problem. I wrote in the forum hoping for other solutions

Thank you that did work for me. I even already unlinked and relinked my account to twitch a couple of times and restarted the game a few times after the showcase. My friend had his so I came here in search of a solution. again thanks
