All of the above.
When I was really little, I would watch a lot of PBS Kids—namely Arthur.
When I was a bit older, it was Nickelodeon, amd/or Nicktoons Network. Avatar, My Life as as Teenage Robot, Danny Phantom, Fairly Odd Parents, and classic Spongebob (back when it was good).
In my later teens I’d watch a lot of Disney Channel, mainly for Good Luck Charlie.
Then as an adult I’d pop on Cartoon Network every now & then for Amazing World of Gumball, and of course, Steven Universe.
Edit: Didn't see the "the most", somehow. I would say overall, probably Nickelodeon, but really that doesn't feel like a good answer to me, because--as listed above, I watched different channels at different parts of my life.
Also, pretty sure 4Kids had a decent view time as well. I believe that's where they originally aired Pokemon, and I know I was a huge fan of the Pokemon show for the first three generations. Yu-Gi-Oh, too.

Gumball. One of if not THE best shows I’ve ever seen.

Shows with plots that are mostly focused on episode to episode stuff can’t compare to shows with an overarching plotline, and Gumball 100% falls into that first category. It’s pretty great, but can’t hold a candle to shows like Steven Universe, or Avatar, which actually have a story to tell. That said, as far as goofy episode by episode shows go, it’s probably my second favorite, behind MLAATR.
