Spoils don't drop on the first run of RoN 🤷
You should play the raid and do it again in the same week on the same character

Vow you can do opening bit solo just don't pick up any buffs and kill 3 lightning dudes... Get secret chest and vola 15 spoils a week if you have 3 characters You do need to complete a raid first to get them nowadays though

I'm talking about the encounters and for the secret chest spoils you don't have to have run the raid first
