Okay so I'm not the only one.
Similar set up here
3060ti with a 5700X
Crazy FPs fluctuatations in PVP 110-160 even on lowest settings.
And even crazier my 1660Ti and 17-10700f are consistently at 144fps.

I used to get a constant 80+ frames now I get drops from 80 to 10 frames for a solid minute Its only playable one lowest settings capped at 60 frames and 50 render resolution

Yup, its crazy. I had to lower my settings and render resolution to 75% to even get past 120 like wtf
