You cannot remove the account from this profile if you can’t authenticate it by entering the login details. Youll need to move your proper accounts to a new profile if you want to use them with a different steam account.

As in create a new bungie account and hopefully load up my original profile on it?? Also I was able to authenticate it the first time when I originally disabled cross save. Have tried every way to remove it.

If you logged into that steam account before, then you should know the login details of it.
