Okay I think I found out how to forward all the ports, but after I did and launched the game my NAT type is still moderate

Hi there! If you intend to set up port forwarding, you will also need to make sure your platform is set to a static IP. Otherwise, your system will change IPs after a certain period of time, rendering your rules useless. Some routers do not support the traditional static IP configuration, but rather uses DHCP reservations. You will need to refer to your router’s user guide for more information on how to set a static IP for your platform.

Okay so I found a weird solution that doesn't actually work or maybe it just doesn't actually do anything, if I turn off my firewall and then launch the game, NAT type becomes open but unfortunately I'm still getting the same disconnects; everything freezes around me, then I get baboon error get thrown back to orbit and then I get weasel error, back to the main menu.
