Well let’s look at it from how WoR works. Users aren’t frozen, but the WoR sword is. It’s takes greatly increased damage from the shatter. It can be taken down roughly 1/3 faster(with a primary) when combined with freezing the sword, even faster if using a special weapon. Now if we apply how that works to bubble, you see that’ll just make bubble even more obsolete. Users can’t be frozen, but the bubble can. Bubble already takes much more damage from weapons, and if you add the freezing mechanic it’ll be near redundant. WoR/WoD trade off is fast CD with single area denial. You need counters for these, especially in 3v3 gamemodes. Not to mention Stasis is the least used class, and Conditional Finality is a raid exotic.
