Same Issue here. Not sure what the problem is. They said they were investigating the issue.... that was 3 hours ago..... I guess we just dont get to play.

Believe the issue is that if u got to step 3 of 4 during last season but didnt finish the quest the game thinks you still own the passage. therefore not prompting you to be able to get another one as its a "Quest Item" essentially or something along those lines. Thats what i think atleast
