Greetings!
You could try to restore your licenses to see if that resolves the issue. It usually involves checking if the content is downloaded or using a licensing page, depending on your platform.
If not, you'll have to go through the support of the platform store as they manage your licenses to Destiny 2 content, not Bungie.

I have tried restoring the purchases just now. Did not work. How could an update to the destiny servers change something in my PlayStation purchases? I don’t get it at all. Secondly, so you’re saying that the only way for me to get it to return is to contact PlayStation support? Please fix this. I have paid money for these expansions and haven’t been able to play them since the last emergency server maintenance..

Edited by GrundleBeans: 6/10/2023 8:31:53 PMHi there. Game licenses are controlled by the platform you purchased them from, not Bungie. What are you experiencing in the game that is preventing you from accessing activities from those DLCs?
-
Thank you for your reply. I’m sad to hear that Bungie does not offer any support when it comes to matters like this.. What I’m experiencing is that I can not play any content of the dlc anymore. I used to have all the expansions unlocked (Except Witch Queen). I even have stasis on my Hunter and Titan. It used to say “owned” under Forsaken, Shadowkeep and Beyond Light in the ingame store. It does not anymore. 06/08 an unscheduled emergency maintenance was performed by Bungie. I was ingame, got booted and the servers were brought offline for about an hour or so. After that I booted the game back up and wanted to continue the Beyond Light campaign on my Warlock (I’m at step 3 of 34: Rising Resistance). But now when I try to continue the campaign it says “Required Destiny 2: Beyond Light”. Also, even though I can not access forsaken content, I would still like to have it owned like it should be. Lastly, I would like to get access to the still playable paid dlc back aswel.

Are you playing on your Playstation or on Steam? Which of those platforms have you purchased those DLCs on?
-
I have purchased them, and are playing on my PlayStation 4.

I see you have Cross Save active between PS and Steam accounts. I notice you also haven't played any content from Forsaken, Shadowkeep, or Beyond Light since late 2020. Did you purchased the DLCs on Steam, Playstation, or both?

Edited by RurouniDante: 6/10/2023 9:02:48 PMHi there! As outlined by GrundleBeans above, if you can no longer access the DLCs, then something occurred with your purchase. An easy way to confirm this is to go to your platform store page and see if the DLC is reporting as purchased. If it is not and it is asking you to buy it, then you will need to contact your platform's support team for further assistance as licensing is managed by the platform, not by Bungie.

As you have been informed this has nothing to do with Bungie. Game, dlc and in game currency are controlled by the platform you bought it on not by Bungie. Bungie does not have access to your account details so can not talk to the provider on your behalf.
