I know what that says. I also can't help when my account is hacked. I also know that they have the ability to restore characters that have been deleted. They have done it before.

My account was heavily secured, but they were still able to do it, and they were able to do it regardless of how complicated they claimed it was. They are still able to do it. It also doesn't hurt to at least try and see. You are not an admin or work for Bungie so I appreciate you taking the time to tell me the policies I have already read. I am waiting to hear from them. They also changed my name on my account so to even change that I would have to pay to change it and again shouldn't have to considering I didn't do it and it was hacked. So please have a nice day.
