I have the same problem. The triumph shows 0 even though I have spent many keys.

15 keys used on deep dives but still showing 0 used !!!!!!!!!!!!

For example, The Second Reckoning triumph on my account has an empty checkbox for acquiring the Targeted Redaction weapon. But I have received several of these weapons. The checkbox should be checked in this triumph. The War Table even shows that I received 4/5 patterns for the weapon. Whomever is in charge of testing the season triumphs put little or no effort into their work.

I agree ... I already have the patten for targeted recon and it shows 0 received also
