Annual pass not working can’t play season of the deep

As the title says can’t play season of the deep. Shows I have all dlc plus the annual pass but not lightfall dungeon key not sure how I can have lightfall with annual pass and not have that. I’m on ps5. When I click manage game content also shows I own everything. It’s very confusing if I have to buy something tell me I’ll buy it but until then what reason is there for me to even play.

Did you buy the Annual Pass edition on the account you are currently trying to play it on or do you have a separate purchasing account? Which Platform did you purchase it on? Did you buy it before or after you activated cross save?
