It's so adorable to see children crying over a better accessibility change xD

  • Accessibility is being used as an excuse here. They said it themselves in the twab, it was already being worked on and they figured they could roll accessibility into this while they were at it. At best it is a human shield they can use to protect themselves from criticism, which is actually pretty deplorable.

  • More accessibility is a GOOD thing. These children are whining like it's a bad thing and the game is unplayable now. Grow up.

  • More accessibility isn't always a good thing chief. Having full-auto as a toggle makes things easier for everybody, aim-assist and anti-flinch tools - or aim bots - can be viewed as an accessibility tool which is why Bungie are using the excuse that they haven't cracked down on it sooner. A genuine accessibility tool for one person makes the game easier for a handful of others that don't genuinely need it.

  • No one is saying that more accessibility is bad. What we are saying is that using accessibility as an excuse to cheapen the game is bad. We should always be trying to make the game (and life) more accessible to those that need it, but that isn’t what is happening here. They were working on a way to make this easier to manage AND making accessibility improvements separately… then they picked a really cheap solution for problem A and then added the accessibility as the defense. Plenty of ways they could have tackled accessibility without lowering the quality of the game for everyone… and I’m pretty sure the visually impaired wouldn’t appreciate a lower quality game as their special accommodation.

  • Let's be honest. Changing the Shields to be more accessible isn't lowering the quality of the game at all. Let's not overreact. XD
