Nothing much else you can do. Can’t disable cross save or remove that account unless you have the login credentials for it.

Because there’s no help to give. Bungie doesn’t have the login credentials, and account security is our responsibility. However, given their name now, Bungie will likely get involved to the point to ban the name/accounts from playing the game.
