This is really a perfect example of no matter what Bungie does, people on these forums will whine about SOMETHING. I just hope this post is satire.

This thread is whining about a visual change that isn't even a big deal. There's other things that can be criticized but crying about the shield visual change is just pathetic.

The visual change isn’t the real issue, it is the fact that we get a cheap replacement for a part of our experience. It really does make the D2 look like some cheap 90’s game and we should not be encouraging that. It certainly isn’t priced less as a result.

Heavens forbid they bring something into the game that makes it easier for people who are colorblind. And it doesn't make it look like a cheap 90's game. Stop being so overdramatic.

I think the shield change should be a setting like colorblind settings.
