If it's fine, then why don't you see more players using it? An exotic that is outshine by legendary linear fusion rifles or rock launchers. Either bungie needs to improve it or move it, but I'm sure both you and I will know. Bungie won't do that since they are a lazy company

It's overall dps is quite high. Problem is people can't -blam!- aim. It's a higher skill weapon that favors longer engagements and damage windows. There aren't really any encounters like that. However, the weapon is still quite good. I don't know where or how you think it gets beat out by certain weapons. Have you even tried it?

Yea, I know it requires better aim. The linear that was able to outdo my damage was in Kings Fall. Cataclysmic and Fire and Forget did some more damage than I did. I wanna say it was cause they had more ammo reserved, but also, perks also are better than whisper perks.
