Cross save not showing main account on console
Hello, I'm having a very specific issue with cross save. Long story short, when destiny 2 launched I played on the PS4, a couple years later I created a new account via steam with now my main characters. I enabled cross play recently to be able to play my main account on my PS5. However only my old PSN account / characters show up. It has been more that 4 months since activating cross save. Not sure what else I need to do in order to see my main characters on my PS5.

1 ReplyBecause you picked your PSN account as your main you only get to use those characters in cross safe on all linked platforms. All other save data on other platform's accounts become dormant. If you want to use your PC characters again you need to deactivate cross save. If you want those characters on your PS5 then you will have to wait out the 90 day cooldown period and reactivate cross save with your Steam account as your main.
