The fact that titan are using shoulder charge is proof that they need more movement options in their subclasses, movement is everything in PVP but everyone has the same health, titans aren't tanks, only in PVE. Secondly the other classes have options that don't have a negative effect, let arc titan have the doge and barricade, barricade is useless anyway.

If a warlock Icarus Dashes into you, nothing happens.
Shoulder charge is a melee ability.
I don't like the change either, but you're comparing apples to oranges.

I think you are missing the point...... im talking about movement, not damage. Titans have none. There is no movement advantage other than shoulder charge

Shoulder charge is. Icarus Dash is granted on one subclass, with a requisite aspect equipped. Shoulder charge is on all subclasses, with no aspects or fragments needed. Icarus Dash doesn't even move you that far, and cannot be used offensively. Shoulder charge moves you further, and is also an offensive ability. They are not the same thing.
