Yes Chimera buff doesn't appear on screen, but it works.

Yes, this is 2018 showcase, but it still works almost the same. It gives you couple seconds with more handling, almost unnoticeable but it does.

No, it doesn't work. Previously it would show up on the side of your screen where other buffs appear and the effects of Chimera were very noticeable. Since Lightfall dropped it does not function whatsoever.

I was never using FL after all And when I tried it like 2 days ago I was try out blue 120 handcannon with really low handling and blue linear. No other perks were active. And I did exactly as on gif I send. And got close to same effect.

And I'm sure you had a dexterity mod on for that Handcannon. The Fighting Lion discord has multiple clips and evidence of Chimera not functioning at all from seasoned veterans that have used the gun for years.
