Have you gotten the normal version of the cloak? (Non-Artifice)
I had the same problem with my titans cowboy helmet done the master version and got the artifice version but it wouldn’t let me transmog it until i got the normal version to drop

Yup that was the issue. I replied to someone else but seems backwards to not be able to get it from doing a harder activity. Just another reason to not do master dungeons right now
