I mentioned it at the beginning of the season. No one really caught on. I guess Bungie still doesn't care huh?

I think its more that nobody uses the gun at all for much of anything so its not widely known.

I guess with the bump in difficulty the health for bullets perk doesn't really make it an enticing choice huh?

Nope. D1 it worked but now especially the loss of health is more to me than to the enemy.
