Gun already has intrinsic unstoppable in the form of the blight. Additional (or the same) anti champ mod don't stack. This has always been a thing.

Not how it works. Its ability to stun Unstoppable Champions is because it applies a keyword debuff that works against them, not because it has the intrinsic ability to stun in the same way as the likes of Bastion or Leviathan's Breath. It's not really a problem this season because Unstoppable is the mod that Scouts have, but in a future season where they have Overload or Barrier, it would be noticed. Easy ways to test this on any weapon are by becoming Radiant or standing in an Empowering Rift with Secant Filaments. If a gun without a mod gains the Barrier or Overload icon on your HUD, then it doesn't have an intrinsic effect. Guns that already have an icon, either from a mod or an intrinsic effect, won't change under those circumstances.
