Hunt for Power - Generate 250 Orbs of Power in Empire Hunts found under the Europa ~ Activities section.

So, 250 orbs in one Hunt or gathered?

It's just generating the orbs and can be done across multiple runs of the activity and not in just one setting. Looking at your triumphs, you're already setting at 146 of the 250 so you're well on your way to finishing up the triumph. FYI - after loading into the Hunt from the Director, you can just run around the patrol area to generate the orbs and that will count towards the overall progress of the triumph.
