Headset Audio Distortion
Just wondering if anyone else is having issues recently with distortion while playing the game? I play on Xbox series X, and very recently have been experiencing distortion with my headset while playing Destiny 2 without having adjusted any settings.

It depends on the weapon I am using, but YES, it is horrible distortion.

2 RepliesSound Issues still happening after update, they say they are looking into the issue and the work around for now is turning off any surround affects (Dolby Atmos/DTS for headsets) and Dolby Atmos for home theater till a patch comes out. This sound issue is ruining the gaming experience for me as voices are placed in wrong places and distortion plays through the speakers/headset.

It's happening on ps5 as well. I was doing the technodrome lost sector in neomuna and the sound was awful
