It was team flawless: it shows on my dungeon report as full team dungeon flawless.

I'm 100% sure that run was a checkpoint as you were checkpoint farming right before it. Flawless requires a full fresh run without leaving/error coding/joining late

I remember specifically working towards a PoH and GoA flawless for a friend. Also: if my memory isn't enough proof here, Dungeon Report differentiates when you achieve things in different encounters, and never shows flawless unless it was the whole dungeon. Otherwise you'd see "flawless***" next to every dungeon. I've run them all enough times to have flawlessed random encounters. Also: I've flawless's the shattered throne boss CP countless times and that doesn't show up.

Rerun it from fresh and you'll get the triumph this time.
