yea I'm on my 2d restriction and I've been fine for 8 years (with much worse internet in the past mind you) until season of the seraph, and it all started happening after revision 0 came out and bricked the servers for everyone. Now I'm scared to play the game, because the 3d is 2 months and 4th is forever...

Actually, Bungie retired the permanent restriction years ago; now the max is 2 months, repeatable.

Your problem is clearly high jitter, which would make other players see you rubberbanding and/or teleporting around the maps.

If you can't get better internet, other than avoiding WiFi there is no room for improvement, but Bungie won't give you a free pass anyway.
